1. Acceptance of Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bosku88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. bosku88's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
